Step 3: Receive Your Conditional Acceptance Letter
(Official confirmation from the university)
Step 4: Pay €500 Application & Visa Processing Fee
✅ This €500 will be adjusted later from your total tuition fees!
Step 5: Send all the Original Hard Copies to UCLan Cyprus Office in India to apostille :

Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
Medical Report
Step 6: Wait for Pre-Visa Approval
University and Immigration will process and issue the Pre-Visa Approval
Step 7: Pay 75% of the Tuition Fees to University
Payment is made directly to UCLan Cyprus University’s Bank Account
Step 8: Wait 60 to 90 working days to receive your E-Visa
Step 9: After Visa Approval: Pay Remaining 25% Balance after deductions:
€100 for “On-Arrival Help” services (airport pickup, accommodation assistance, bank account opening, part-time job help)
€500 already paid (Application Fee)
₹17,000 for IELTS Fee (around €175)
